We now know that the best way to nourish your gut and increase the number of beneficial bacteria is through eating probiotic and prebiotic foods that enrich and nurture your microbiome. Every spoonful of our pot set yoghurt is packed with probiotic goodness. In fact, over 1 billion of the three abc probiotic strains are in every 100g serve. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus casein (aBc)

Jalna’s Lactose Free Yoghurt contains its signature aBc probiotics plus Synbio 100® (Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus paracasei). That may all sound like a mouthful, but it’s a great thing to swallow, because Synbio 100® has been scientifically shown to reduce bloating, improve digestion and boost the number of beneficial probiotic bacteria in the gut.

Eating a variety of foods rich in dietary fibre, in particular soluble fibre and resistant starch (like wholegrains, vegetables and lentils), provides food for the ‘good bugs’ and helps increase good bacteria diversity – a sign of a healthy microbiome.
